Begun in 1966, members of the Cumming Garden Club create floral designs or educational displays for the Cumming branch of the Forsyth County Public Library system. (forsythpl.org/)

(giving both botanical and common names).
Designs are maintained throughout the year, are changed every 2 weeks, and are included in the below gallery as they are replaced.

A bit of The Netherlands
The framed lace was typically placed in a Dutch home’s sunny window to partially shade delicate flowers sitting on the sill.
A little Mardi Gras theme
Plants used:
PURSE - Anthurium (Flamingo Flower), Fittonia argyroneura (Mini White)
SHOES - Assorted succulents, Sheet Moss, Spanish Moss
A Valentine theme using hand-made and 'antique' valentines saved by her mother.
Vase holds dried material, including cattails.
